Tracy graduated from the Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida with a BFA in 1986. During the spring of 1988, she made her first visit to Maui, leaving the crowds and heat of South Florida for a 3 month windsurfing vacation. Within a few days she knew Maui would be her new home. Living on the north shore, she explores the rugged landscapes and waters with her paintbrush, paddle board and OC1 (outrigger canoe).  In 2012 Tracy started wintering in Jupiter, Florida and returning to Maui for the spring and summer.
